Great doctor but the staff is completely rude. Especially Vanessa. I will not be returning.
Dr Provo was helpful and wonderful, highly recommend. Unfortunately his Front desk and drs assistant are super unprofessional and unpleasant. Showed up when office opened with my young son, waited 2 hrs for a walk in apt bc the front desk lady was on a power trip. She even made me wait 10 mins for the wifi password so she could chat with her coworker, meanwhile i was just trying to work on my laptop while i was waiting. One of the best "walk-in" experiences I've ever had. I arrived at 9AM right when they opened and was seen within the hour. The front desk staff was very helpful and Dr. Provo is a godsend! He took time to listen to my detailed injury description, reassured me it was not worse than it was, and suggested a non-invasive treatment. I walked out feeling great.
