Dr. D was great but the office is the worst I've ever experienced. They charged me $98.97 for a five minute PT evaluation but reported $71 towards deductible. They never return calls and had to report them to my insurance company for them to finally admit they were wrong. They speak sarcastically and would've kept my $ if I didn't report it. Who knows how many people they do this to. BEWARE
Went to my appointment to see Dr petterson for my consultation for my survival spine.. I get there give the Front Desk my insurance card, pay my co-pay $40 cash. Front desk tells me that I have to leave my credit card on file with a $500.00 hold for a consultation, Front Desk stated it’s Company policy.. I have been a patient of Dr. Bruce Mann for I don’t, know seven years now. I have a really tricky situation because I’ve had six neck surgeries and eight back surgeries, four of which were in my thoracic and four in my lumbar. Over the years I’ve developed Stenosis and more bulging discs, but there’s really nothing they can do about the stenosis. I do need three surgeries that I’m putting off. Know-nothing doctors that are happy to keep you on their repeated appointments treadmill and then offer no help for a rather simple condition. One MRI, one x-ray and one doctor visit after another (over a year’s worth). All referral doctors (inside the clinic, of course. Always inside the clinic) arrived with ZERO situational awareness, only beginning to look at notes on their computers after they walked into the room.
