Great experience with Chris Dominguez and staff. The staff was quick to understand, attentive, and detail-oriented, making sure I felt heard and cared for. The doctors were knowledgeable and had a pleasant demeanor, making the whole process smooth and comfortable. Front desk girls, every office should be ran this way. Highly recommend!
Prior to starting Physical therapy my pain level was 8 or 9. I was taking OTC pain meds every 4 to 6 hours. I'm in my fourth week of PT. Now I need medication ever 3 to 4 days.
I came from the Deerfield unit to try to continue my knee treatment, but they are terrible professionals in Boca Raton too because they have the same manager. Who is not content with not being able to manage a place, she certainly will not manage 2.
Over 6 months since they acknowledge they owe me a refund of $700+, and they don't return calls. Always late on the appointments. For as much time as the credit accumulated, they were never able to check for credits on future visits. Completely unprofessional. You will always get overcharged, and will not get a refund. Based on the reviews here, these guys are primed for a Class Action suit.
