This Urgent Care is absolutely amazing, from the time I walked in the door, to the time I walked out I was super impressed. The staff greeted me with such big smiles and made me feel so comfortable. I would highly recommend this urgent care to all my friends and family. Thank you for all you did for me to get me better.
Been waiting a Week since Covid test and still no results. They blame in on Quest but no one takes ownership to followup . I wanted to see my newborn granddaughter bit again all I hear is no results. I hope you guys turn over you logistics to Amazon as your delivery and customer arrive sucks!
Do not support this hospital. My significant other is In Boca for work and got very ill. He is passing in and out and puking and has a fever and his entire body is in pain. He has his insurance information on his phone but they turned him away and made him leave the facility and stand in the heat because he didn’t have the physical card. We even said we would pay out of pocket and get reimbursed later and they still turned him away. This is outrageous that they would do this to a human being. So we're new to Boca and today my wife had an emergency. Woke up with incredible abdominal pain and we haven't found a good PCP yet so we went to the closest (and best reviewed) urgent care. We walked in the door and were "shushed" by the receptionist because her phone ran as we began to speak and that call was more important then the folks standing in front of her. In an urgent care.
