Instead, I left feeling violated, dismissed, and more anxious than when I arrived. My therapist repeatedly broke HIPAA, casually mentioning that she had “three other clients” from Marjory Stoneman Douglas, something that should never be disclosed. I’ve been seeing Dr Anthony for 2 years and she has helped me in very many ways and taught me skills I use that help me everyday !! I would highly recommend her.
Every time I need to make an appoint gabby is always extremely helpful and has all the information I need ! I always ask for her when I’m scheduling my appointments she’s awesome!
Robert Phelps does not treat issues case by case and not at all personalized to their individual patient. It has been tough since the beginning with this place, messing up my appointments for months upon moving here. He has not even seen me in person in years, he just calls over the phone. They care more about their license or getting sued than the care and or quality of life of their patient or working with patients to create safe environments them. Horrible experience with "Dr." Courtney Fixelle Gultz... she was yawning throughout the entire session and showing no empathy or sympathy. On top of that, she is sending me a bill for $200 for an appointment i never even took or accepted. Completely unprofessional.
