This place is my best kept secret. But I am really here, a few months after my stay, to shine the light on the employee that made it far beyond a 5 star experience. Roaches. I stepped on them about a dozen. Notified front desk. They didn't do anything about it. This was the 2nd time I booked here and both times roaches. I will never book here again.

Absoluter Catfish – Website-Bilder täuschen, muffiger Gestank im Zimmer Ich bin wirklich entsetzt über meinen Aufenthalt im Hotel Boca Plaza. Die Bilder auf der Website haben schlichtweg nichts mehr mit der Realität vor Ort zu tun. Zimmer & Geruch: Die Zimmer sind komplett in die Jahre gekommen und wirken abgewohnt. Das Schlimmste: Es herrscht ein extrem muffiger, fast schon schimmliger Gestank. I had a very disappointing experience at this bar. Throughout my visit, the bartender Hanna repeatedly referred to me as a "Catholic abomination." Regardless of anyone's personal beliefs, no customer should be subjected to insulting or derogatory religious comments while trying to enjoy a night out. I expected to be treated with basic respect, but instead I felt unwelcome and humiliated. Staff should treat every customer professionally, regardless of their religion or background.
