The reason why he chose Dr. Blanco was because he spoke Spanish, but apparently an assistant bothers to attend to Latinos, or Spanish-speaking people, he was racist, rude and arrogant, telling the doctor his people "do not speak English and I can not freeze like that "that speaks a lot about the quality of attention they give in that place. I DO NOT RECOMMEND, now I have to wait for my husband to rest so I can take my son, to avoid being humiliated!
My daughters’ doctor is Dr. Reiss. I love him. He always remembers their medical history. He is very sweet and kind. My mom has taken the girls in for me and he communicates with her in Spanish. He is very thorough during examinations. He really takes his time to walk me through everything. The staff is always friendly and efficient.
Extremely rude answering service! I called this morning to set an appt for my daughter who has a fever. I asked for my doctor and she told me you have the wrong number. I told her I got this number off google for pediatric associates. She told me to check again, with an attitude, and hung up. Would never recommend anyone to this facility!
