This place is absolutely disgusting. I had a procedure scheduled tomorrow. I negotiated a price with the surgeon which was checked and confirmed twice with the surgical coordinator. I got a call less then 24 hours prior to my procedure from the surgery center telling me they also want to collect the rest of my deductible ($3,843.58). RecommendedFrom the moment I was greeted by the intake receptionists, I was treated like royalty. The COVID protocols were deliberate and meaningful. The nurses, anesthesiologist, Dr. Bogue were ALL marvelous! The facility is and its staff are a blessing. Thank you!
Top notch care, Just had my surgery yesterday stapedectomy with my right ear with Dr. Joshua Light he is the best Doctor you could ask for knowledgeable in caring. Including her staff MS. Bruna , Rebecca and all the front desk staff. My Nurse during my surgery is Stacy very caring and understanding with my condition and also the anesthesiologist and the front desk staff. This place only cares about the money they can make on You. Client experience is not their concern. My son was scheduled to have his surgery on Monday. They called him today and said they weren’t going to make the amount of money they wanted so they cancelled his surgery. He is in a lot of pain and had already scheduled this with his employer. This could happen to anyone that books an appointment there!!!
UNETHICAL! My husband had a surgery planned at this center for 5 days from now... they just suddenly cancelled the surgery because they want to turn it into 3 surgeries for more insurance money!! This is a total scam, he is in pain and needs surgery now!
I had my hip replacement at Boca Raton Outpatient Surgery. Starting a week ahead they guided me through all of my pre-surgery tests, x rays and a drive thru Covid-19 test. Every person is cheerful and understanding. The facility is immaculate. My surgery went well and the staff waited on me and and foot to be sure I was as comfortable as I could be. You can feel confident if you have to come here for a procedure- they are great!
Great staff, they were all knowledgeable, caring and compassionate. This facility runs like a well oiled machine!
They are extremely efficient. They take time to listen if you have concerns. Everyone was more than helpful. I had an excellent experience. Highly recommend them!
I can not say enough positive things about Boca Outpatient Surgery Center, from the phone intake to the medical team. Everyone was very compassionate, warm, professional, and knowledgeable. What a great team!
