Had an outpatient procedure done here and every single person I interacted with was kind, personable and professional. I’m an anxious patient and very picky about my medical care. Farah checked me in at the front desk and was very warm, she made me feel relaxed from the beginning. My nurse Stacey went above and beyond to make sure I was calm and comfortable, Jade was fantastic. Dr. Margolis and Dr. Astrove are very kind and compassionate doctors. My 15 yr old had an endoscopy done here and the service was phenomenal, everyone was so friendly, corteous and made the effort to make my son feel comfortable and calm about the procedure.
The staff, across the board, are top notch. The waiting room could use refurbishing however. It is a bit sterile and dated. Friends/family waiting there could benefit from a more relaxed atmosphere.
Excellent surgical facility with friendly and compassionate Healthcare professionals. A special shout out for Alice at the admitting window whose kindness is HEARTfelt!
