Dr. Graef changed my life for the better!! I started with Dr. Graef last July with a recent stroke and a serious history of headaches and migraines. Dr. Graef patiently and thoroughly evaluated my history. He advised on my stroke course of action and has followed me for the past year. He then concentrated on my migraines. My husband and I have been to this office numerous times for treatment. Maddy, the receptionist, is a doll. Nicole and Kim are lovely and compassionate. Seth is amazing. However, when we went to see Dr. Graef today with a 9AM appointment, we were kept waiting for 45 minutes. No explanation, no apology. I have no idea how much longer we would have been expected to wait because we left. It is difficult to understand how you can fall behind schedule by 9AM.
