I scheduled an appointment with Dr. Kupferstein for an ECG. Dr. Kupferstein himself was knowledgeable and personable. After meeting with Dr. Kupferstein, I received an appointment card clearly stating my next appointment. The day prior to my next appointment I was contacted via text by his reception staff claiming my appointment was in 15 minutes and whether I would be showing up.
