Had to wait an extra hour for the room, ended up getting the room with mould, dirty towel from somebody else!! and dripping tap. For our complaint we got told that we can get a refund and go elsewhere + the hotel is doing renovations (we got heads up during check in but online there’s no info about it) had construction noises all day. A little disappointed with the lack of customer service in the heart of Boca Raton.
Great service from Hannah, very professional and friendly.
Their website says their construction would cause "minimal" disruption. No so. It was so loud for hours. Very sorry we stayed there.
Put me in a room right under the construction site , they started at 8am hammering and drilling.
