Beyond disappointed with this office. My child is currently OUT of his prescription medication because I nor the pharmacist cannot get anyone to respond. The phones were down all morning on Monday (which happens frequently), texts have gone unanswered, and when the phones finally came back up, I was put directly on hold each time I called, unable to reach anyone. We love this office!! So conveniently located in the neighborhood and Dr. Sandra is great. It is on the smaller side, but the plus side with that is it doesn’t feel all corporate-like; definitely more of a family feel. We also love seeing nurse practitioner Dr. Vanessa for quick check ups for our girl!! She’s so so sweet, gentle, and patient. My daughter is all smiles when we visit..they truly care about the kids 💚

After bouncing around to pediatricians who treated our child with a one-size-fits all approach, finding Dr. Sandra Alvarez had been an amazing breath of fresh air.
