Just terrible , fees are sent to a P.O. Box, no one seem to care , the checks just disappear
Poorly managed association and building. This is a very old building which is not well kept. Things break down all the time, and the HOA claims it's not their job to get involved. They claim that if there's damage, you must resolve with the owner of the unit that possibly caused the damage. If that owner is uncooperative, then you need to seek legal help. President is worthless. Buy here if you love lawsuits.
If you're thinking about buying here, think twice. The condos are old, the location is great, but you have absolutely no protection from the board. Should an issue arise, the president of the board hides. They might as well be non-existent. A bully from the building, an aggressive old man with an inferiority complex, harassed me the other day.
