I had to pay $40 for a (small) margarita pitcher...enough said. The waitress sold us on a strawberry margarita pitcher, which was weak and way too sweet. AND $40. It's supposed to be a Mexican restaurant...they don't give you chips and salsa when you sit down. They don't have burritos, enchiladas, fajitas, or chimichangas. Tacos are ok, but tiny. Way overpriced. On the plus side, they played good music.

We've lived in the Hillsboro area for about 4 years and it's been great to watch the area evolve and grow. Unfortunately, this is not a restaurant that we will be returning to! Nor do we think it's a great addition to the area. First off, the menu was supposed to cutsy and funny, but it was extremely difficult to figure out what was a main dish, what was a drink, and what the sides were. I have never had orange paste served as salsa! UNTIL NOW! Salsa and chips aren't served when you are seated, they don't have cheese dip or hard shell tacos? This is classified as Mexican in some way? Trust me, this is NOT! A bowl of beans are $4, a VERY TINY skillet of Queso Fundido is $9. Margarita was tasty but I couldn't tell if it had alcohol in it. Trust me, save your time and your money and just SKIP this place! I will go in search of a real Cantina or a real Mexican Restaurant, either will be better than this place! Y... read more
