I have been a patient of Dr. Evans for years. I had appt drove an hour, but I made it on time, just to be told I was considered a New patient and should have came in a half hour early so for that reason I would have to be rescheduled. What! Guess my time and $$ are not as important as Dr Evan's. I contemplated this on my hour drive back home. 😠
I have always loved Dr. Evans, but lately have become increasing frustrated with the office. I just spent over 20 minutes on hold. When the receptionist finally answered, I was told there are no sick appointments available (even though their recorded message says they always have sick appointments available) and I should go to an urgent care center. This place is horrible first off they took my insurance check up visit is covered 100 percent but they keep your credit card on file well less than a week they are now charging my cc for 299 yes $299 to check my blood pressure and weight and listen to my lungs when I asked about blood work she says not enough time.and never seen a doc just a nurse practioner this is robbery. I just left here and it was the worst experience ever. The doctor did not seem to understand. The nurse could not draw my blood. Also the charged me to draw my blood. I will not return.
Used to be bad, now its excellent. Plus, the doctors are great. Excellent experience.
I went to Boca Integrative Health a little over a year ago and had a bad experience overall. I was sick recently and went back and what a turn around! The staff was very friendly and helpful. I did have to wait 30 minutes, but it was expected because of my last minute appointment. The doctor quickly diagnosed me and I was out of there within an hour. I'm glad they got their stuff together. I will continue to go there after this experience.
This office is more interested in collecting a co-pay that the care of a patient. Awful office !!!!! Would never recommend this office to ANYONE!!!!!
