I have been there several times and I have only had the best service and the best treatment. Very little wait times if any and a very knowledgeable and friendly staff. I don’t know what Negative about I can’t imagine
Wonderful service! From front desk till they accompanied me to nearest exit after MRI. Tech and Leader were very caring and made sure I was confortable at all times.
Tessia in pre registration: suggest you watch your attitude... You talk pretty disrespectfully with new patients. Y'all replaceable... you do realize that right? Just a number. You also realize that making phone calls is part of your job? I took care of it for you after your disgust and irritation when you didn't get the information you wanted right away. Reconsider your industry girl, embarrassing for you.
Highway Robbery. Abdominal CT with contrast... after insurance about $1400. Later checked with a private (non-hospital) imaging center, would have been $400 for the same thing. $1000 extra because it's affiliated with a hospital. Live and learn. Be sure to call and get comparative prices!
My doctor's order was for an MRI with contrast, but Boca Imaging Center Hilsboro was incapable of administering contrast because the staff of the imaging center was unable to get intravenous access, despite pinching both of my arms innumerous times unsuccessfully.
