Steve Manko founded this half-way house for men after he completed treatment in South Florida and realized he needed to stay in Florida with his support system. Manko understood that people needed a safe and secure place to reside away from the usual draw of places and friends associated with substance abuse.

Its SOBER LIVING. How can you be angry at any place that evicts someone for drinking/using drugs around other people who are trying to get sober. I was a resident at Boca House and know FOR A FACT that 24/7/365 you can find a staff member if you feel like relapsing and they will help you. The first time in two years I've truly felt accepted and at home. So thankful for this place!
They are in with the body snatchers. They evicted me 3 times. Took the money twice. But that's like everything you must read the contract before you sign. But one terrible thing is,they wouldn't let me read the contract. And I'm a thousand miles away from home. This place takes advantage of situations where they should be more simpathetic of others. Most if not all are retired users of substances and I saw antamosity twords addicts. Most won't, I did not. but I urge you to do your research before leaving.
Stay away from this center. I am asking the state launch a full investigation for insurance and other fraud. I am a victim of their credit card scam just like the other two reviewers. Besides being crooks, the residents are using drugs right in the facility. They are there to take your money not to help your loved ones. The owner conned me into continuing Cobra coverage. "That's good insurance" he said...ya for him to rip off!
