Unreliable, they don't seem to be able to schedule properly. Example, when a client has a set schedule, they called less than 24 hours before and said they could have a caregiver arrive two hours later than needed, or when a caregiver didn't show up on a regularly scheduled date and time they said they could provide a care giver the next day. I don't believe the owner knows what happening with their own business.
