Yes I WAS a PATIENT obviously your not checking your records my mother and father were also patients he probably disposed the records besides I use Chris Nicole as my name nicole is NOT my last name its my middle name. Dr. Jaime Marquez was also my mother and father dentist. I highly suggest you triple check your records because he probably disposed of them when the three of us refuse to go back to the incompetent dentist.
