They are very responsive to all my pest issues sometimes they even are able to come the very day I call! My tenants say they are very happy with the results and that the exterminator who comes is extremely friendly and helpful!
After an initial issue, I spoke with the owner, Bob, and he resolved it quickly and left my wife and I both very happy with the service. We will use them again.
Very poor experience. After a couple good interior experiences I asked them to do an exterior service as my wife was pregnant and did not want chemicals inside our home. The tech came out and sprayed the front of my house and went halfway back on the sides (only to the gate). He did not enter the back yard (where we have an issue and spend our time) or do anything to to inhibit the ants that we have there. Bob was an absolute life saver. He came in the same day within an hour of calling!!! Did a good job helping out with the rodent problem and was very quick to do so. Highly advise everyone to call this exterminator because you will not regret. Also was a very good price and a very genuine company!
