POOR COMMUNICATION AFTER TAKING OUR MONEY TO FIX BIKE AND ORDER PIECES JUST TO HEAR 2 WEEKS LATER THERE ARE STILL NO PARTS !!!!????
I want my local motorcycle repair shops to be successful, to make money. But over $100 to install a battery on my Honda PC 800 is excessive. Yes, I know the "book" price is $100, but I had already removed all of the plastic. I can't imagine that the installation took over 15 minutes. And of course, I paid retail for the battery itself. I'd expect this from a dealer, but not from the neighborhood bike shop. One definition for this business place - WORKPLACE VIOLENCE Had a very negative experience dealing with this shop, paid for services that were not rendered and received terrible customer service. Took the motorcycle for a repair and nothing had been done as promised. When requested paperwork for the repairs done, the staff showed nothing but threatening behavior. The episode was recorded by local police department.
Some of these reviewers are idiots. Who are these idiots who don't realize that instalation is not included in the price of a part? That is not just for bikes but for every part on the planet. Don't judge a man's business based upon the conclusions of the mentaly inferior. When I read these reviews I can't help but wish that stupidity was more painful.
Why parts and accessory prices never include labor Alan B: Sorry for this misunderstanding. Parts and accessories are always sold based on their prices alone. Labor is never included due to the fact many people self-repair. Apparently there was a misunderstanding during the phone call and should it have been us we extend our sincere apologies. PHONY REVIEWS ? Buyer Beware... ? Was looking at a shop to take my BMW for repairs in Boca, and looked at the reviews for both "Boca Cycle" and "The Shop" in Boca Raton.
