One definition for this business place - WORKPLACE VIOLENCE Had a very negative experience dealing with this shop, paid for services that were not rendered and received terrible customer service. Took the motorcycle for a repair and nothing had been done as promised. When requested paperwork for the repairs done, the staff showed nothing but threatening behavior. The episode was recorded by local police department.
BEST BIKE SHOP PERIOD – I've been riding motorcycles for 45 years and have been all over the world on them. I own Ducati, Vespa, Harley and a Honda blackbird and i bring them all here for service. Treats you like Family – I have been going to Boca Cycle for years and if you want your bike fixed and don't want to take a second mortgage out this is where to go.Tom makes you feel like nothing else matters,and wants you to be satisfied. Competent, Knowledgeable and Friendly – Tom and Richard have both gone out of the way many many times to assist me in repair of my 4 antique BMW Harley and Moto Guzzi Motorcycles. They are knowledgeable and understand that customers want a quick turnaround time for repairs so get back on the road conveniently. NO ONE IN THE BROWARD/PALM BEACH AREA IS AS GOOD WITH EASY AND REPUTABLE REPAIRS AT EXTREMELY FAIR PRICES THAN THESE GUYS. I trust them completely.
