Nice residence community Gated. Comfortable. Updated amenities and appliances.
To whom this may concern,. I have been an owner living in Boca Cove for 20 years. I cannot express what a blessing Jerry has been to our community. It's seriously a night and day difference since he has been elected President. Jerry honestly goes above and beyond to serve our community. We rented this apartment at 9413 Boca Cove circle apt 1110 for the month of June . . We were told that there is a person named Jerry who is watchman for the whole property, we thought to ourselves , well we are law abiding citizens , it is not going to have any effect on us. Little did we know. The first thing he did not allow us to stay the whole month because May has 31 days , but that was nothing compare to the notice he stuck into our car saying that the car was parked illegally.
