Best Derm in the world , friendly staff, fast service, love Dr Chirinos
Scammers ! They charged me for a procedure that they never done. I was suspecting fraud now I see it has happened to others. They are the most unprofessional ignorant , untrustworthy staff that I have dealt with in any medical office ever. BEWARE Please go elsewhere. This office is all about the money .
They overcharged me for the procedures that they did and when I called them to ask for refund they made up excuses that they sent the insurance the proper information. If they did then my explanation of benefits would have been correct with the proper copays. I called them over five times for my refund and always an excuse. Their billing department is very rude and said they can only give me a refund using the same payment method. Tuve una cita con el doctor Chirinos la cual no fue lo que esperaba, además de eso recibí una factura de un procedimiento que Nunca me realizaron el 10 de agosto llame a la oficina solicite que arreglaran la situación y quedaron de enviar los papeles lo cual no sucedió y volví a recibir otra factura , vuelvo y me comunico el día de hoy la señora que contesta el teléfono fue supremamente grosera porque le pedí que me hablara con respeto porque atiende de afán y requería una solución . Do not waste your time seeing Dr. Chirinos. First, he was one hour late to seem me. Second, he stayed not more than 3 minutes with me and barely heard my questions. Third, he prescribed me a treatment that he said himself it does not work. Fourth, he said that, for the second issue I went to see him for, I would have to return in one month because he was "running late" and he did not have the time to discuss that.
