Awesome for military training
What a transformation! If you haven't seen this place in the last year, you need to. They have completely rebuilt it from a dark run of the mill gym to a one of a kind training center. I am an old school bodybuilder and this place fits my needs, has a Ninja Warrior training vibe and is as versatile as it gets. Kirk and Christine rock!
