A few years back i learned of Boca Bearings and upgraded all the bearings in all (4) of my Ambassadeur 6500 series fishing reels. If you are on the fence thinking of upgrading the bearings in your reel not sure it's worth the cost. The ceramic hybrid radial bearings are worth every penny. And to top it off they have great customer service. The USPS has lost/misplaced my most recent order. Boca Bearings is shipping me a replacement order for something that is not of their doing. Pardon the pun, but I really got my bearings from Boca. I've been upgrading the bearings in my bicycles using the ceramic bearings from Boca for over a decade. The bearings are high quality and the service is very fast and reliable. Ceramic bearings make an incremental but noticeable difference in performance. Amazingly, Boca offers bearings for some of the most obscure bicycle parts, like my Time pedals.
Reliable products and exceptional customer service. I had some trouble ordering online, and my mail service provider lost my first shipment, but a quick email to Michael at customer service resolved all my issues. They refunded my order, sent me out the missing product free of charge, along with a customer care package and a discount code. They go above and beyond to rectify a negative situation. After many attempts to get the return shipping label, I still cannot. Anytime you call there all they do is ask who you talk to last time. Nobody there seems to know what’s going on. Nice bearings though if you can get them to ship you the right set
