My most recent shipment appeared to me to be lost in transit. (carrier tracking glitch) I replied to the "your package has shipped" email, that my package hadn't arrived and may be lost. Boca Bearings customer service was preparred to re-ship my order, when my package arrived. I replied to our email chain to disregard the re-ship. Best bearing for my rc ovel cars
I ordered some bearing for our fishing reels from Boca bearing, I spoke with Daniela and she was amazing! Her costumer service was top notch and she was very knowledgeable on which bearing I needed. A few years back i learned of Boca Bearings and upgraded all the bearings in all (4) of my Ambassadeur 6500 series fishing reels. If you are on the fence thinking of upgrading the bearings in your reel not sure it's worth the cost. The ceramic hybrid radial bearings are worth every penny. And to top it off they have great customer service. The USPS has lost/misplaced my most recent order. Boca Bearings is shipping me a replacement order for something that is not of their doing. Pardon the pun, but I really got my bearings from Boca. I've been upgrading the bearings in my bicycles using the ceramic bearings from Boca for over a decade. The bearings are high quality and the service is very fast and reliable. Ceramic bearings make an incremental but noticeable difference in performance. Amazingly, Boca offers bearings for some of the most obscure bicycle parts, like my Time pedals.
