I am an owner and resident of this community. I find the condo association to be inaccurate, slow to respond, and full of bluster. It’s too bad. Effective leadership would greatly improve the value of home ownership here. A complete overhaul of HOA staffers is necessary. Get new, hardworking employees into admin and management roles here! Maybe they would actually work instead of make excuses.
The rules have rules in which the rules must be followed or else. The managment in the office are the disliked kids who ran home from school everyday so now they a pittance of authority and take it out on you! Common sense isn't common and you won't find it there. Unless you OBEY And Comply. Who exactly pays the bills there? We do! They're ANGRY people
