This is the best OBGYN. They're very thorough about your health and make sure they're not missing anything. I needed to replace my IUD and as a woman who hasn't been pregnant, it can be a painful procedure. This was my 5th IUD and to reduce the pain they offer lidocaine shots. I was shocked when everything was done because I was in no pain and hardly felt anything with a simple lidocaine shot when the typical side effect of extreme cramps. As a new patient, I had a great first experience at Boss Babes OBGYN. Karen was very thorough and compassionate. However, during my next visit, I had a slightly less-than-comfortable experience. It should be customary to ask patients if they are comfortable having staff who are not involved in routine procedures in the exam room. Overall, I would recommend Boss Babes.
I love Dr. Swartzlander, Lydia and Danielle. I am new but the experience was amazing and great and efficient. From greet to meet the entire staff was professional made me feel like family. Help me to understand the steps needed to be taken and more. I wish I found this place sooner then later because I laughed and made jokes out of nerves but I’m happy to have someone ready to help me be a mom and I’m excitedddddd thank you from Lidia
