I am so grateful for Dr Swartzlander and Claire Smart! I became a patient at their practice right before my first pregnancy, which was very easy until I had a complication and I ended up on bedrest in the hospital for about six weeks. Dr Swartzlander or Claire checked on me every day and I always felt like I could ask them anything and they would take the time to patiently and thoroughly answer my questions. I never do this but my experience with Dr. Swartzlander was extremely unpleasant. I had a procedure done that should have been done while under anesthesia, not in the doctors office. Dr. Swartzlander expressed no concern about the pain and issues following the procedure. It was awful. I never got a follow up phone call to see how I was doing. I love Karen Vardi and the staff are wonderful! Lydia is an exceptional office manager. I will not be returning.
Boca Babes is an OB-GYN office in Boynton Beach, FL. I called the office, as a new patient, and requested a same day GYN appt. for a UTI. Emily went out of her way to check with the NP, who agreed to “squeeze” me in . Emily listened to my concerns and acted- I had a raging UTI and I received efficient and excellent care. This is the best OBGYN. They're very thorough about your health and make sure they're not missing anything. I needed to replace my IUD and as a woman who hasn't been pregnant, it can be a painful procedure. This was my 5th IUD and to reduce the pain they offer lidocaine shots. I was shocked when everything was done because I was in no pain and hardly felt anything with a simple lidocaine shot when the typical side effect of extreme cramps.
