Paid $1,250 security deposits total and still got charged $1,200 dollars for a move out fee we only left a couch and trash can because we didn't have the means to get rid of the couch. Really took advantage over us trusting them. Stole our money.

The new owners actually want to make this a nice place. They have been working diligently to make the apartments better. They care unlike the previous owners.
I have been having problems with cockroaches since I moved in. The whole outside of the building is rotted. I have what looks like black mold under my kitchen sink. The shower walls were covered in lime when I moved in. The kitchen drawers and cabinets were covered in dust. I would not recommend moving here to anyone.
