Customer service has really gone downhill. Have patronized this store for almost 40 years. No more. Bought a breakfast sandwich that was labeled sausage. It was a sketchy hotdog. When I called to see if they had one with actual sausage, I was argued with. Told "no it's sausage" repeatedly. Finally I asked "are you looking at it, or am I?" Rude clerk hung up on me. So, from now on, our families almost daily visits will be going to Dave's Exxon. Where they know people's cash spends anywhere.

The store is great. The deli is delicious. Try the beef barley soup and the new fresh burritos rock.

Usually love this place but when I call and you say the deli is open till 8, and I get here at 6 :50 and you are "done for the night" and cleaning up it made me very upset. If you say your open till 8, you damn well better not start closing until 8
