My husband and I go every week and everyone there is great! The owners are great and extremely helpful. My children LOVE to go to Bobs, my daughter calls it the aquarium! We have never experienced any rudeness, we will always recommend Bobs!
I currently have 2 65 gallon fresh water aquariums set up here at my house including several hundreds of dollars worth of unusual or rare fish, all purchased from you guys. You probably recognize me and my wife every time we come in the store to see what you've got, because if you have something unique or rare, chances are I have bought at least one from you. Great inventory, low fair prices.
I'm very lucky to live near Bob's. Employees are helpful on the phone and in person. If I have any trouble with the fish I bought here or elsewhere Bob's will gladly take them off my hands and help me find something that works. Their prices are excellent and their selection of freshwater fish and plants are unmatched in Augusta. Unlike big pet store chains their fish are healthy and their tanks are well-kept.
