so Bob's has a tagging system so trees don't get stolen. apparently his employee failed to tag my tree. one of two. we had paid and were in the parking lot when he verbally accused us of theft screaming like a real jerk. I was mortified and explained that we paid and had a receipt. it was all sorted out but I swore to never go back. you never accuse a customer in the manner he did a public shaming. terrible person terrible business. this was a few years ago. but I felt the need to share.
Great place for trees and family fun. They have it all including a little clubhouse to grab some food. Been a tradition for 25 years.
This has become our yearly tradition for the last four years. The trees are beautiful and everyone is friendly and helpful. They package the tree and help tie it on your car... they’re FANTASTIC!!! Happy Holidays to a hard working crew!!!
