Could not be happier with their service. They did an outstanding job, super easy to work with, zero complaints. I will use them again.
They charged $350 to remove cobwebs from my tree, these people are scammers I would avoid them at all costs
I had 4 trees planted at a cost into the thousands. No problem. They completed the job. Later, I had questions about the health of the trees and the irrigation system. They never told me I would be charged $250 dollars just to come out and look around. No contract or agreement or explanation of work needing to be done was ever discussed. There was no evidence they'd actually even been there! Water continued to spout in the air from the irrigation system, no report on the trees was provided. Highly Recommend Bob’s Tree Preservation!! Everyone we dealt with in the treating and pruning of our trees were beyond professional and kind. We had our live oak pruned, as well as our water oak pruned and treated for some disease/bugs. During our consultation our minds were put at ease with the expertise and knowledge that Bob’s Trees had on our water oak.
