If your ever having transmission problems, this is the place for you to visit. This place was recommend to me from Mason Street Garage. I'm so grateful that I did go here. Everyone I called on my own about getting a transmission would have charge me so much money without checking for the real problem. This place didn't only check my vehicle out but Bob transmission in Grand Rapids "Plainfield " saved me a lot of money to fix my transmission. I didn't even need to get a new or rebuild one. Excellent communication, good price on repair, great folks. This is a hard job because customers are in for a big bill regardless of who will do the work. They found a low miles used trans instead of sticking it to me. My experience was the best I've had from a auto repair shop ever.
First time customer, and my experience was fantastic. Good enough for me to come leave a review. Bob is the best. customer service, and the quality work i received was top notch. Couldn't recommend this place more.
Jamie and his team absolutely did another amazing job on another vehicle for us. If you need transmission work this is the only place I’d recommend. Thank you Jamie you have a customer for life !!!
Bob's did a great job replacing our transmission; were very kind and efficient. Kevin had an amazing way of working with the third party insurance. Seems like we had the truck back in no time. Thank you!
