Jerome is knowledgeable and explained everything so I could understand. Definitely recommend!
Did a fantastic job of keeping us updated and in the loop as they dealt with the warranty company. There was downtime, but that is to be expected when dealing with a warranty. Extremely professional! Would highly recommend them to anyone looking for transmission work!
excellent work, friendly, timely. Everything well explained. They don't try to sell you unnecessary services. Highly recommend. They've service 3 different vehicles of ours. A F150, Ford Edge and a Jeep. First 2 were routine maintenance. The Jeep serviced had a bad transmission. No issues with any work they did.
Got no service there,the guy was arrogant,and refused to deal with extended warranty. Plus the shop is in the back of a house off a busy road.
