I've used Bob's Tire for close to 25 years for both my personal and company vehicles. Free rotate and balance for tires I buy there earns them my other work. If anyone asks me about tires, I refer them to Bob's, confident that they will be treated honestly and with a smile. Good place to do business with very friendly people
I have used Bobs for 20 plus years now and have always had good friendly service, until now. I had my old car dropped off on May 31 2018 to have the brakes worked on, well as of June 11, yes that’s 12 days, I still don’t have my car back and or brakes fixed. What is happening? this is not service....
We will not be going back to Bob’s tires. I ran over something the other day apparently and it put a hole in one of ours tires, we went to Bob’s tire today in attalla and bought a used tire for $35 and they took our tire(that had a hole in it) OUT OF OUR TRUNK. I called and asked why or if they plugged it and put it back on and she said no they needed the metal part from that tire. Well went to Bob's Tire this morning to get a front end alignment the price i got on phone was $35 for 2 wheel and $55 4 wheel all i needed was a 2 wheel the man never touched the back tires i stood to the side and watched but i jest went along with it BUT i found out you cant trust no one .....BOBS TIRE IS A RIP OFF
Purchased my Tires from Bob’s Tire Services in 2015 and will be going back soon for my next set of Tires. Great Service! Great People!
The fellow across town told me I needed to replace my tire ( which was purchased new 3 months ago ). I went here for a 2nd opinion since I know these guys to be honest and of the upmost in integrity and character. They fixed my tire, no problems. If you want honest and excellent work...this is the place to go.
