I have visited Bob's Tire twice, and both times, it seemed that I was just an 'inconvenience'. This time, the clerk was working on something when I came in, I was okay with that. It took a few minutes for him to say 'May I Help You'. BUT - he did not look up as I explained what I wanted, he just kept working on his computer. After another few minutes of waiting, he gave me prices, but no discussion as to what I wanted / needed for my car. NOT ONCE did he show any interest in me being there. I Love this place. They save you money if they can. They don't try to sell the most expensive Tire.
In a nutshell, they just don't care what they promise vs what they deliver. My nephew needed an alignment and I suggested this company to him. His van had just started pulling hard. He told he needed the car finished that day as he was travelling to New England the next day. They assured him the car would be ready. Called back later in the day and they said they were not going to get it done. I spoke to the owner at about 4:15 PM and he told me that it just couldn't be done before 5 PM and to come pick it up. All around good service. Replaced the parts I needed to pass inspection and I was out the door in an hour.
Came in today with a flat tire. The guys took it right back (even though they were about to go to lunch) and had it fixed in less then 10 minutes. They were very generous and fixed it for no charge because I had bought the tires there (which were a great price btw).
Awesome place... Great service Great prices... Jim there is the best and his whole crew!!
I am one of the grandchildren and I worked there for over four years with them and they are really good to their customers they like when people leave with a smile on there face we will be here for a long time to help people
