My teens, Samantha Hiltzman and Ryan Harrison both got their first tattoos together at Bob's .. my initial misgivings about their outing were completely blown away. . Clean lines with little scabbing, he reworked my husband's dragon tattoo beautifully and free handed beautiful smoke coming from my the snout when my son suggested .
