He won't call me back. Left many messages
Very slow for snow removal. Got 6" overnight and they didn't come do our drive until 8p, 14 hrs after the snow ended.
Do not use this company!! I had them scheduled to do my lawn and my snow and trying to communicate with them is ridiculous. He kept putting it off because of the weather, which is understandable, but trying to get a specific date is impossible. The email responses I would get were rude and illegible. And when I try to clarify, because I would like to be here and need to schedule accordingly, he canceled on me and it is the end of the season. Extremely unprofessional and unreliable!!
They did not secure their load of gravel while I drove behind them. As a result, my windshield had multiple chips. I called upset (could have used better choice of words) and then they sent me text messages intaginizing me. They caused damage to my car then laughed about it. I suggest finding a PROFESSIONAL company.
