Pleasant people to deal with.
Horrible experience with these people. 1 star is too much for these crooks. I sent in an instrument cluster for rebuild only to get it back to find out the lights were not checked or fixed. I paid 1,100 dollars. When I brought it to their attention they said I should have asked them to check them. Then I was told that they weren't going to have me yell at him on the phone, and hung up on me.
Posting for a friend who doesn't do reviews. So I sent my harley davidson gauges to have them repaired, and they probably didn't even take them out of the box. All they did was write me a note saying they dont repair japanese gauges. If they would have taken them out and actually looked at them they would clearly see on the back of them it says "made in Italy "
We sent an instrument cluster from a 1946 Chevy to be restored in July 2024 from Australia. Our tracking stays it arrived and was signed for but apparently it never arrived in their shop. I find this hard to believe so i would be wary of sending anything from overseas to this company.
The most talented and amazing artists/craftsmen at work restoring dials and gauges from yesteryear. The tachometer on our 1952 American lafrance open cab fire engine was in serious need. Bob's took on the task and restored it to a work of working art. Thank you .
