Very impressed with the work they did for me I have a 1941 army jeep and i pulled the Speedo and the gauges out of this rusted out rough looking jeep that had been sitting in the woods for years falling into history and thought it would be a long shot to restore the gauges but sent them in and got them back. They look so good that I am really shocked they could even bring something so rusted out and rough back to looking like it is off the shelf at the factory ready to drop in the jeep. I am very disappointed. I sent in my gauges 14 months ago. It is now November 2025. After reaching out many times (every 2 weeks for 5 months) I learned that Bob's did NOT service the gauges for my make of car (70 Lotus Europa) even though Lotus sourced MGB gauges. I further learned that the job had not been started. I demanded that they return my gauges in the effort to find a company that can clean and paint the gauges. My experience was terrible. Spent $2700 to have 1961 corvette gauges redone. i explained to them everything does not need to be OEM parts. need to work and i never want to remove the guage cluster in my lifetime. got the gauges back. odometer didnt work. they were more than willing to fix them AGAIN but i have to remove them again. did they offer to pay shipping? no. got them back and they worked for 17miles. once again i have to pull them out and no offer for shipping. again explained does not need to be original. needs to ... read more
They returned speedometers they didnt repair without any packing! These old speedometers are obsolete and no longer available. I do not recommend Bob's. Unless you want your parts returned broken.
