I've used their services in the with no problem, recently I took my edge trimmer for service and when I went to pick it up they couldn't find it. Then they tell that it looks like they had a break in and they took my trimmer, so I asked ok so what are you going to do to replace my trimmer. I was told they were going to notify the police and there's nothing they can do because " they have a policy that they are not responsible for theft or fire" , bunch of crock! Always friendly....amazing staff... They take very good care of my lawnmower blades, hedger tools, and now very happy, they fixed my air compressor. Thank you, to an awesome staff
I just picked up my Rider lawnmower and I will say that I am extremely impressed by the staff at Bob's. They were extremely professional and knowledgeable. If there is one thing that will always keep me coming back to a company is a team that knows what they are doing.
