good job We have had a couple of things repaired at Bobs Small Engine repair and was satisfied. It is just a small shop behind a store, so you have to look for it. His prices are pretty reasonable and he got things done in a timely manner.

They did an excellent job and I would recommend them to anyone. Great customer service, reasonable price, and quick turn around.

Bob tuned up my snowblower and made some adjustments to fix a squealing problem it had. Bob also informed me about using Ethanol free gas or recreational fuel in the machine to increase life and reduce wear and tear. My snowblower was in and out in two days and the price was reasonable. I will be using Bob for all my equipment.

Will not warranty his work I HIGHLY discourage anyone from using Bob’s Small Engine Repair in Dewitt. He charged $180 to ‘fix’ my tractor. We mowed the lawn one time and had the same problem. He will not warranty his work and now wants us to pay $500 to fix it again. He would not apply the work we JUST paid him for towards the repairs. After arguing, he said he’d apply 1 hour towards properly fixing it. When I asked him how much one hour was he hung up on me. Crooked! Oh...his reply about me leaving poor ratings...”I’ll just... read more

He needs to guarantee his work and stand behind it. At the least, apply a failed repair costs towards correctly fixing it. He should also call with an estimate before calling to say the work is finished and then giving the price and following that up with the fact that he will not warranty for longer than the summer...which, he failed to warranty anyway. It didn't make it more than one time mowing the lawn and he said 'sorry.'

A big shout out to Bob's Small Engine Repair in DeWitt.... I took my high wheel weed wacker there today and within 10 minutes they had it running and even replaced the oil filter. I asked how much I owed...Bob's response "no charge Margie, you're a good customer". Gotta love great customer service! Visit them at 129 S. Bridge St. DeWitt. 517-669-1960. Thank you Bob!
