Very sloppy operation. They leave the job site at the end of the day like they are still at the site working. They make mistakes that other area roofing companies have to come back and fix. Next time you roof your place, look elsewhere in Manistee county.
DO NOT use Bobs roofing, period. If you do and arent satisfied with the work, be prepared to go to court..oh, but also be prepared to watch this guy purger himself on the stand while sympathetic jurors listen to his lies. The worst in northern MI.
The work is very unprofessional. Instead of using step flashing, they run the shingles under the siding. This leads to a lot of leaks in the roof and could cost the homeowner a lot of money to repair.
Bob's Roofing – We had three contractors quote to replace the roof on front half of a house. All contractors knew they were to replace 100% of the roofing on the front half of the house which included a one car attached garage with a bedroom over it. Bob's then completed only the main part of the house itself and tells us after the fact their contract did not include the attached garage / dormer area.
