Professional and courteous! Great communication and follow up. Logan was part of our install team and came back for 6 mo check up to ensure system still operating with correct settings…all part of their services. Highly recommended these guys!
After much research we decided to go with Bob's Repair for our new heating and cooling system. They gave us a fair price, were on time, and completed the entire new cooling and heating system in our home also on time. There were no surprises. If you need a new system, save yourself some time and call these guys first.
Beware this company. I find it difficult to believe the reviews these guys get. Here is my experience: We had an A/C unit not producing cool air. It appeared that the condenser fan motor was shot as it was not spinning when the unit was on. Called Bob's to get an estimate. The problem did turn out to be the fan motor and Bob's estimate was $1,000 to replace it. The tech also suggested replacing the capacitor and the quote on that was $320.
