On the heels of a fantastic experience with an HVAC maintenance & repair, I reached out to Bob’s for a dryer vent clean out. I was once again extremely pleased with both the quality of the work and the kindness, knowledge, and professionalism of the technician- huge shout out to Daniel Johnson! Bob’s continues to impress with their customer service and quality of work. I am a very happy customer. Highly recommend.
Daniel did a great job keeping me informed of what he was doing showing me videos of the ductwork. He was very pleasant and very forthcoming with information. The one thing that needs improvement and this probably applies to equipment that you use, is that when my dryer duct was cleaned out, it left debris all over the side yard. Daniel tried to clean it, but there’s still a lot there and it’s flying around with the wind. I imagine you need some sort of an apparatus to capture the debris that you currently do not use.
