We had a full duct replacement done by Bob's after their estimate seemed fair and Alex J was the most impressive professional at our house. We were told it would take 3-4 technicians about 9-10 hours, which seems reasonable. The text message on the day before stated a technician would show up between 10-12 o'clock ... With a phone call we verified that it all needs to be done in a day and that we'd expect a start time closer to 8 am. Well, around 9:45 am 2 people showed up. Our tech that came out and did an estimate for our home from Bob's repair was very respectful and Honest.I recomend them to all my friends and family they are Honest , Reliable, and Affordableten star review .☺️

Bob"s estimator Matthew came out and gave me a straightup bid unlike the other 4 bids that marked up their prices or tried to upsell things not needed. One company started out with a bid 50% higher then the ones I had already received. Instead of an A/C unit and furnace combo, the bid was for a cheaper heat pump with two different types of electronic air enhancements not requested. Bob's has been one of the best companies I have worked with in the 14 years in Vegas thus would not hesitate to use them in the future.
