I rarely write reviews but this one was absolutely necessary. I had an amazing experience with Luis with Bob’s Repair in regards to the installation of a new AC unit. Our unit broke down at the worst possible time (right before summer) and Luis made our experience stress free and gave us peace of mind. Our washer was off balance after our dryer was cleaned on last visit as the washer had to be moved. They came out and balanced the washer and it is perfect. Very reliable and professional techs.
