I would give them 0 starts if i could. Our furnace went out last night. I called 1st thing this morning and they told me someone was on the way. NOONE EVER SHOWED UP!! I tried to call 4 hours later to see if they were coming, got the answering machine. Left a message. Another 4 hours went by. STILL NOONE! so i called again. The answering machine was shut off.
