Don was my service tech. He was quite knowledgeable and informative. With new diagnostic equipment (to me) he was able to quickly determine the issue with my system and then get the system back to operable readings. Bob's is the company for all of my heating and air conditioning needs.
Your service guy explained everything he Was doing. Got us up and running until They can install our new unit. Your office Staff was very helpful and got us taken care Of quickly. Thanks for your fast service. I would recommend you to anyone needing Heating or A/C needs.
If not for young new inspection tech I would have given 3☆. Only offer $5.00 discount each for Military Veterans for annual inspection furnace & CA. If paying by debit/credit service charge accept cash or check. I requested paper receipt as no copy of how everything checked out like our former HVAC Co did day of service. Only used Bob's seeing newly built home with one yr warranty. Our HVAC company we've used since 2001 doesn't service Waupaca County. No full warranty like CW offered.
