Bob looked at a rotten tree and recommended taking the tree down completely and quoted the work. Asked that we pay directly for a crane service to come out an assist him in the work. Paid directly and when he was done only part of the tree was removed. We asked him why and he was subversive and told us he quoted removing a leader not the whole tree. His word is trash, good work but I don't trust him to follow through. Felt like he took advantage of us to make a quick couple grand.
