Creating my custom pool with Bob's Pools has been by far one of the best experiences I've had. They virtually made my dreams come true, and brought my backyard to life. The staff was extremely attentive the second I stepped foot through the door. Not only was this a seamless experience for both my family and I, but now we have a pool to enjoy for many years to come! I cannot thank Bob's Pools and Screens enough. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a reputable pool and screen company.
If I could give a zero star I would!! Company is refusing to give me back my deposit. I put down a $5700 deposit and was told three times I would be receiving the full amount. Today I received a email saying the following "Good morning, I went to issue you a refund and realized we had already paid for engineering, so $100 has been deducted from the check. RUN FAST.. FIND A REPUTABLE POOL COMPANY !! Worst experience I have ever had dealing with any contractor. My sons neighbor was putting a pool in by Cascade Pools so my son had their salesman come over and give him an estimate to install a pool at our house. Cascade provided us with a nice design and price. We decided to get two more estimates for the same pool. Bob's Pools and Screens was one of them. I DO NOT recommend Bobs Pools & Screens. It would take a book to list the issues I had with this company, so I will try summarize, but even summarized this review will be long. I was promised a build time of 3 months, it took over 7. Not a single deadline that was given to me was met. They failed over 9 inspections throughout the process. Some multiple times. I would give this company 10 stars if possible!! I am so impressed with them!! We found this listing on yelp, in a pinch, we needed an entire backyard, summer kitchen, pool and spa all planned and ready before leaving on travel for 3 months. I was a little hesitant to be leaving the country for 3 months while my home was being worked on. When we returned it felt like I was still on vacation. They did a great job! Great staff they really make you feel like family! My pool is absolutely gorgeous!!
My whole in depth review of this company is on yelp with 41 pictures to back it up. Horrible customer service, anyone find it weird that they don't monitor ANY of these social sites. It's a great way to deal with customers why wouldn't they tale advantage of that.
