Firmly committed to service call, keep texting me with excuses about weather and backlog of work then all of the sudden I was told my job was too small and because I was not a customer from pool openings, my service call is cancelled. All of this could have been communicated on day 1 when accepting, quoting and scheduling the work. I would avoid this company with so many other pool companies out there.

I called March 21 to book Bob’s Pool Service for our pool opening on May 25. We used them summer 2021 and were very happy with them. We later found out that Bob’s was under new ownership but we were fine with that and assumed we would be getting the same level of service that we received with the previous owners. On May 24 I called to get an estimated time of arrival but I never heard back from them. I called 3 more times on May 25 and left messages each time. Nobody showed up to open the pool.
