We have used a few plumbers over the years and for one reason or another have been disappointed. First State was a very welcome change from the usual service! Bob actually answered the phone when I called to get a toilet issue fixed. His crew showed up a few hours later and Blake had the issue repaired in a few hours. The price was also shockingly reasonable! I will recommend First State to my friends and no doubt use them for all future plumbing problems.
CALL BOB! He was the ONLY person willing to come out the same night to help. Five other "emergency" providers said they couldn't do it. Bob did, and that is why he will be who we call for any plumbing related issue first and foremost. Within an hour of last using water, our well pump decided to go up at 5 PM one day. I was 7 months pregnant, has just finished my work day, my husband was overseas (military) and he was up frantic in the middle of the night trying to get a hold of anyone or a solution.
