I have been using another plumbing company that has pretty trucks in St. Charles for years and they are good BUT very very expensive$$$$$. My wife heard of Bob Dorr through a friend. SO I called him. I had him out for a new garbage disposal and the second time for a gas grill hook up. WOW! They did an awesome job both times and were very reasonable on both calls. I looked at the negative feedback someone posted but I can only say good things about Bob Dorr and his Plumbing company. Try them and see yourself!

Bob Dorr Plumbing treated my wife unprofesstionaly. Bob Dorr tried to tell her that the damage done to our furnance wasn't their fault when their plumber cleearly explained what happened, that their water softner leaked, getting our furnance wet, and causing $300 worth of repair through their cohort Klnkey Heating. They both lied to my wife and tried to blame it on the condensation of our AC which is physically impossible. Bob Dorr Plumbing installed a water softner that leaked and caused damaged to our furnance. They later tried to lie and blame our air conditioner for the damage but their plumber was honest stating that the drain couldn't keep up with the amount of water that was coming from the water softener. They blantantly lie and treat you like your stupid, our AC isn't even located near the softerner or furnace. Their employees are the only honest people in either company. I love these guys! They are great over the phone, prompt with appointments, give me options instead of telling me what has to be done, live up to their estimates and do great work. I have called frazzled and been calmed down without being talked down to. I plan to use them again.
